A fresh coat for your business online.

A flat-fee, one-week website, Google Business Profile, and Facebook cleanup for real local shops and dealers still running on just a Facebook page or a Gmail address. One price, up front, no subscription trap.

  • Flat price, up front
  • Live in about a week
  • No subscription trap
The Process

How It Works

Step 1

Tell us about your business

One flat price, agreed up front — no design runaround. You answer a few questions and hand over your photos; I do the rest.

Step 2

I build it — in about a week

Your new website, plus your Google listing claimed and corrected and your Facebook page tidied up and pointed at it. Signed to live in about a week.

Step 3

It’s live — no subscription trap

You own it. Keep it going with an optional $75/mo hosting & maintenance retainer if you want one later — never required, never assumed.

Simple, Flat Pricing

Pricing

Flat, one-time prices — priced like a real purchase, not a subscription you have to remember to cancel.

Basic

$1,200
  • A clean one-page site — who you are, what you do, how to reach you
  • A contact form that emails you the moment someone fills it in — and a site that looks right on a phone, not just a computer
  • Your Google listing claimed and cleaned up, so your name, address, phone and hours are finally correct
Most Popular

Standard

$2,200
  • A full site — services, about, contact, and a photo gallery if you want one
  • Set up so Google actually understands what your business does and where it is
  • Your Facebook page tidied up and pointed at the new site

Plus

$3,200
  • Everything in Standard
  • Plus one thing built for your trade — your equipment listings pulled straight from TractorHouse or MachineryTrader if you’re a dealer, or a page for each town you cover if you work a wide area
Optional $75/mo hosting & maintenance retainer, on any tier: hosting, domain/SSL renewal, uptime monitoring, email at your own domain (up to three addresses — sales@yourshop.com instead of a Gmail), and up to two small content edits per month (an hours update, a staff photo swap, a typo fix). Fully optional — there is no forced subscription.
Live Examples

See It In Action

Example builds — three demos for made-up businesses, one per kind of shop I hear from most, to show what a Standard-tier site looks like. Not real clients yet.

Ridge Line Farm Equipment (demo)

A farm equipment dealer — a full Standard-tier build: services, about, gallery, hours, and a working contact form — built to show what your business’s own site could look like, not to represent a real customer.

Trailhead Auto & Truck Repair (demo)

An auto repair shop — the same Standard-tier build in a different vertical and a blue/gray theme, showing the template’s range beyond one industry.

Copper Kettle Diner (demo)

A small-town diner — the same build in a warm copper-and-gold theme, for the restaurants and shops whose only web presence today is a Yelp page someone else wrote.

The Difference

Why Local Beats DIY Or A Freelancer

Any competent freelance web developer, or a DIY tool like Wix or Squarespace, can build a comparable website. The difference here isn’t technical — it’s a real local person who shows up in person, quotes one flat price, and delivers in a week, with no subscription trap.

Versus DIY (Wix/Squarespace)

The barrier was never tool availability — it’s time and trust. “I don’t know what to write,” “I don’t have the photos,” “I don’t know if I’m doing it right.” I do the whole thing; you just answer a few questions.

Versus a freelancer or agency

Most freelance web quotes come with an ongoing “maintenance retainer” framed as mandatory, or a large upfront design-process fee. One flat price, agreed before I start, plus a $75/mo plan you can take or leave — that’s usually cheaper, and always clearer.

Working Together

Who you’re actually dealing with

No account manager, no call center, no ticket number. One person builds your site, and that’s the same person who picks up when you have a question about it later.

I’ll come to you

I’m in the Chillicothe area and this is local work. I can sit down at your counter and go through it in person — no video call required.

The price is the price

You get one flat number in writing before I start. If you later want something outside what we agreed, I’ll quote it separately and you decide — it never just shows up on a bill.

Plain English, always

You will never need to know what a nameserver is. I’ll ask you about your business, your hours and your photos, and handle the technical side myself.

You own it when it’s done

The site is yours. No contract to escape, nothing that stops working if you decide not to keep me on afterwards.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I own the site after it’s built?

Yes. There’s no software lock-in and no forced subscription — you own the site outright once it’s delivered. The optional $75/mo retainer covers hosting, domain/SSL renewal, uptime monitoring, email at your own domain, and small content edits if you want it, but nothing about ownership depends on keeping it.

What if I don’t have good photos of my business?

That’s normal, and it’s usually the thing that slows a project down most — so I deal with it up front. A phone photo is completely fine; if you don’t have any usable ones yet, I’ll schedule a quick photo walkthrough with you before the build starts, rather than waiting on it later in the week.

Do you handle my Google Business Profile and Facebook Page too?

Every tier includes claiming and cleaning up your Google Business Profile — name, address, phone, hours, category, and real photos. Standard and Plus also include tidying up your Facebook page and pointing it at your new site.

What happens if I need a change after the site is live?

One round of revisions is included before launch. After that, small fixes are quick to handle; anything bigger — a new page, a redesign — is quoted separately as a change order rather than assumed or billed as a surprise. If you’re on the $75/mo retainer, up to two small content edits a month are already covered.

Can I get email at my own domain — like sales@myshop.com?

Yes. If you take the $75/mo retainer, up to three email addresses at your domain are included — sales@, info@, your name — and they’re set up on your phone before launch, with your old address forwarding so nothing gets missed. Extra addresses are $5/mo each. Your domain and your email stay yours.

Is the $75/mo retainer required?

No — it’s genuinely optional, on any tier, with nothing that locks you into it. If you’d rather handle hosting and small updates yourself (or through someone else) after launch, that’s entirely fine.
